File System Archiving with Enterprise Vault 10 (en-US)

With this article I want to explain the steps of initial File System Archiving configuration with Enterprise Vault 10.0.2 .

I used my test environment for screenshots.

At my test environment;

EV Server hostname is WINEV1

SQL Server hostname is WINSQL

File Server hostnames are WINSRV1 and WINSQL

EV site name is LifeRoot

Test domain fqdn is test.sym

Let`s go on with configuration

1- Launch EV Admin Console with EV admin/service accout.

2- Expand the Site.

3- Expand the Targets.

4- Right click the File Servers node and click new to add a new target server.
